Sandra Hernandez, Founder
Sandra has spent more than fifteen years walking families through one of the most difficult decisions they will ever make. She founded CSA because she believed Los Angeles families deserved better than a national hotline — they deserved someone who actually knew the buildings, the staff, and the difference between a glossy brochure and the real day-to-day care.
She has personally toured nearly every assisted living, memory care, and independent living community on the Westside and across the San Gabriel Valley. She knows the directors by name, knows which communities deliver, and knows which ones to walk past.
Most of all, she treats every family the way she would want her own mother treated — patiently, honestly, and with the time the decision deserves.

CSA is a Los Angeles–based senior living advocacy serving families across the Westside and the San Gabriel Valley. We were founded on a simple belief: families navigating senior care deserve an advocate — not a referral service. That belief shapes everything we do, from the way we structure our fees to the way we sit beside families on every tour.
